Refund policy
At Zolo Wear, every product is custom stitched according to the measurements you provide, so our standard return policy differs from ready-made items.
Exchange/Correction: If there's a stitching error (a mismatch with your provided measurements), we'll arrange a correction and resend it — just contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order, along with photos.
Measurement Responsibility: Since stitching is based on the measurements you provide, exchanges/refunds are not possible if incorrect measurements were given. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Damaged/Defective Item: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately — we'll arrange a replacement.
